LV7.1.1 VI with CIN to OS-X API "SetSystemUIMode" to completely hide the Apple Menu and Dock to create a strong Kiosk mode. Prevents user from getting to the OS or other Apps. Includes a Test Demo VI that includes "password" code to exit the Kiosk. Tested on OS 10.3.9 and 10.4.x using LV7.1.1 and LV8 on standard and Intel Mac.
