This bug seems to start up in LabVIEW 8.0. If you click on a color box the selection area pops up. If you press the [Esc] key you will still get a Value Change event with the previous color value.
Also, if you enter the popup area and then subsequently click outside of the popup area anywhere else on the panel, you will also get a Value Change event. This does not occur if you do not first enter the color selection area. UPDATE: CAR ID #4C2ANAK8

I don't see a CAR number. Has someone reported this to NI? Doing that right now. Wanted to get some independent verification first.

Something similar to this was reported here. (The "Value Change" event fires twice for normal colour selections)
