When I upload an image into a blog entry and then try to insert it inline, it pastes the following text into my blog entry:
[attachment=5041:Figure_4...mponents.jpg] That looks right, but when I preview the blog entry, the image doesn't make it - the text remains. I've done this successfully before (last time was on the 1st of Feb). --------------------

I'm not sure why the preview doesn't have the image however it makes it through fine when you submit it.

crelf, I had the forums support people work on a fix for this issue on the LAVA site. You should be able to preview your blog post images now. Can you verify this.
