The "King of Staves" might have been renamed the "Kring of Staves".
Some of the avatars look familiar! (and thanks )

At the LAVA BBQ on Tuesday night, I offered as one of the door prizes a copy of my deck of cards... Whether you're in to this sort of stuff or not, Stephen has done an amazing job on these. They were highly coveted at the BBQ (including by me), and, with the LabVIEW 8 ball, Stephen's thinking of opening a LabVIEW House of the Occult... -------------------- ![]() Tags

Brilliant! Thanks for uplifting my otherwise frustrating Friday.
The traditional card "The Fool" comes to mind, with Global and Locals and Sequences, The Fool creates a circular reference back to his input without even knowing it. Tags

The traditional card "The Fool" comes to mind, with Global and Locals and Sequences, The Fool creates a circular reference back to his input without even knowing it. The globals and sequences are on "The Devil" card. The Fool is simply "The Text Programmer". :-) -------------------- "A VI outside a class is a gun without a safety. The Fool is simply "The Text Programmer". :-) Aren't you a text programmer? P.S. It was good meeting you. P.P.S. Great work on the cards. -------------------- More than meets the eye...

Aren't you a text programmer? It is the sacrifice I make so that you don't have to. Both fools and firemen rush into burning buildings, but only the latter comes out again. -------------------- "A VI outside a class is a gun without a safety. Data outside a class is a target."

Why does "The Devil" show up in so much code? Not (much) of mine, but I see "him" much too often.
I know several people with considerable LabVIEW experience who to this day take joy in "dancing with the devil" -------------------- Tags
