If you use LabVIEW to build an installer (using the .lvproj 'Build Specifications') for your LabVIEW EXE and you check the box 'Run executable after installation' on the Advanced tab, there is no way to uncheck the box (well, you can uncheck the box but LabVIEW will not remove the setting from your build specification). I'm not sure whether you need to press 'OK' and save the build rules for this option or just press 'OK' when adding the EXE. If you want to uncheck the box once you get into this mode, you will need to start your build specification over (yet another reason to use a source code control system).
The CAR for this bug is: 4AP75269. -------------------- got VIPM?
