You can find all the available Runtime Engine on the NI FTP site at the address:
http://ftp.ni.com/support/softlib/labview/labview_runtime/ BUT the older one is the 5.1.1 there is no trace of the 5.0 that you are looking for ! Perhaps someone has what you are looking for in an old backup ? Good luck, Laurent

I've got LabVIEW CDs all the way back to 4.0, however is it really the run-time you want?
If you want to see the code and not just a running application you will need to install the development environment. -------------------- Mads A. Toppe

Do you want to open and edit the code (you need the same or a higher version of the LabVIEW development environment to do that), or do you want to just run a built executible (you need the same version of the LabVIEW Run Time Engine)? They are two very different needs that require two vrey different things. So, to ask Mark's question again:
What is your end goal here?
