![]() The JKI presentations were very popular (again) at NIWeek 2008 -- the rooms were completely full and, unfortunately, eager attendees were being turned away at the door (due to fire safety concerns). If you missed any of the JKI presentations at NIWeek 2008, you can still check them out by visiting the NIWeek 2008 page on our website: http://jkisoft.com/niweek/2008/ View the original source article

I would love to view the video's but I can't view flash content from work. Is there another way to post the videos so that others in my situation could view them off-line?
Thanks

That's because they were hot! Uhg I would love to view the video's but I can't view flash content from work. Is there another way to post the videos so that others in my situation could view them off-line? The SWF files don't have audio or video. I've posted links to the PDF files on the presentation pages. We'll think about your situation while we work to getting audio and video added to the presentations. However, most solutions are built on Flash. What formats or solutions do work for you? --------------------

A zipped version of the SWF file would be fine for me. I've got flash installed on my PC, but I can't view flash content from the internet. Don't ask me why...

Hi guys
I really liked your GUI secrets session, and the smart way of having a hidden path control to allow drag and drop of files into the application. I tried to use this in the UML modeler, but unfortunately it doesn’t pick dragged lvclass-items from the project explorer :-( Cheers, Mikael --------------------

The JKI presentations were very popular (again) at NIWeek 2008 -- the rooms were completely full and, unfortunately, eager attendees were being turned away at the door (due to fire safety concerns). The problem with great presentations is that they use minimal text on the powerpoints and speak alot (hence great presentors) Sucks for a person trying to re-live it through the powerpoints! Can any video of it be posted? -------------------- all day...

Can any video of it be posted? Michael recorded video of Omar and my presentation (Effective LabVIEW Code Reuse Strategies and Tools), which we're hoping to put up, soon. I think that Michael intends to add audio and video (demos) to his and Philippe's presentation (User Interface Secrets of Advanced LabVIEW Developers) -- hopefully, we can get this all done, soon. We wanted to get the presentations up, quickly, even though the audio/video isn't done yet. --------------------

Jim,
I attended your presentation at NIWeek 2007 and I believe you mentioned your source for the high quality images you used in your powerpoints. I noticed the same type of images in this years presentation. Could you post a link to that image source for me? Thanks

I noticed the same type of images in this years presentation. Could you post a link to that image source for me? Certainly! We use iStockPhoto.com. The cool thing about this service is that it creates a market for photographers to directly reach consumers. A couple of the images came from other sources and, if so, have links shown below the images in the presentations. --------------------

The good thing is, these photos are free but you have to be careful to abide by the license requirements. You can find more info here. -------------------- got VIPM?
