Variant to control

Description
This tool converts any datatype into a control, this control can be typedef, a special Use-case VI is added:
Array of strings to an enum.
Especial usefull if a list of allowed values is avialable and is case sensitive (XML...)
The control can be saved as a typedef

Originated from Array To Enum (as in V1.0)
